Fluorine-lined valves are made of various valves and pressure vessels by using their performance in resisting strong corrosive media, and when not in use, we need to pay attention to the method of maintaining to avoid the loss of quality of fluorine-lined valves due to improper storage. So do you know how to store fluorine-lined valves when not in use?
The storage method of fluorine-lined valves when not in use is as follows:
1. When the fluorine-lined valve is stored, it should be placed in a dry room to avoid outdoor sun and rain, and avoid stacking near the heat source to prevent the aging and deformation of fluoroplastics.
2. There should be a protective cover on the sealing surface of the fluoroplastic flange at both ends, and the sealing surface should not be scratched, and the sealing surface of the flange at both ends should be avoided from being compressed when stacking.
3. There should be a record of the valve stored and kept, and the content of the record is: valve name, model, specification, number, quantity, storage date, etc.
Fluorine-lined valves have been widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, electric power and other industries in contact with strong corrosive media such as acid and alkali.
